  1. Gosh, my herb garden is pretty lame at the moment. We have had too much rain and many things have gon to pot!
I have lavender which I grow indoors, and I always have basil, and rosemary by the heaps. Yes, it does grow by our front door!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

  3. This is my first year venturing into herbs, though I've collected info about growing them for probably 20 years! We only did basil and sage this year but I love them. Next year I plan to have lots and lots of herbs. Lavender is definitely on next year's list. I've already begged for cuttings from my neighbor. lol I have basil and sage drying now and can't wait to put it in glass jars. Well, the sage I will bundle for smudge sticks.

  5. Yes! I feel much better knowing that I'm not the only one with that type of collection!!! LOL I have herbs in bottles of all colors around the house. My main stay is my sage... that I grow myself. and my rosemary... that is used for almost any type of healing potion!

  6. Too many to mention, both stored and growing - I'm really a herb addict LOL! Some other essentials that have not been mentioned before: garlic, solomon's seal, wormwood... I have a whole room for witching, so they are all stored there, protected from heat and sunlight.

  7. Lovely! I don't have any herbs. I just moved to South Korea for the year (then next year, I'll be moving to Europe for about 3 years), so I'll have to make do for the next 12 months...

When I move to Europe, I'll stock up once more. I usually like to keep fresh catnip for my kitties, lavendar for love and positivity, and rosemary for protection.

  10. I love my lavender, although it has done very poorly this year, I'm not sure why, I tried more and less water, and the same with alternating sun levels. My most hearty are the pepermint and basi.

  12. I must admit: I almost didn't respond to this post out of sheer embarrassment for the state of my herb collection. But, you know, when I am fully unpacked and am able, I plan on building a spell cabinet. It will have, among other compartments, card catalog-like drawers labeled with the herbal contents. Right now, though, I have a fairly large collection of 1oz baggies of various herbs. Some, I still have no clue what to with! My biggest stores, I have to say are the good old stand-bys: Lavender and Peppermint. Once in a white I have a need to replenish my Dragon's Blood, but I try to be frugal. DB has gotten expensive!

  13. I love your bottles. My collection is about medium-sized I'd say. I did a YT video about some of it a little while back. Thanks for showing us yours!

  16. After buying about every herb in existence when I first started on this path (Lol!), I have finally gotten to the point where I only keep on hand the herbs I know I will use up quickly, for the most part, things that I grow: rosemary, lavender, cilantro, sage, spearmint, chamomile, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme and cat mint.

Anything else, I'll buy in small amounts when I need them.
