Hi guys! I am so sorry I have been away for so long. The last few months I have really struggled with S.A.D. It's really strange, I have been in Oregon for 14 years and it's just now hitting me. I'm sure there were other factors involved but having one gray day after another just made me so blue. All I could do is get up for work and then come home and crawl in bed and escape in a Netflix movie. Sometimes two a night. I was even contemplating moving back to sunny California! I am feeling much better these days though! Go figure, it's getting sunnier here. :) Hope you all have been well and wonderful. I have recently had my sister and niece visit and that helped snap me out of it. My mom is coming in a week for a visit. I think they all knew what I was going through and came to the rescue. I am so thankful and blessed to have a wonderful close family. :)
So, I am back from my break. My "meditation" room is up and running and I will be back to regular blogging. Also, having company sort of forced me to put the room together (a good thing) and now I feel like my space is back and is giving me renewed energy to get back into my spiritual self again.
Thank you all for your kind patience. :)
Warm blessings to you all and hope you are celebrating the coming of Spring with open arms as I am.
xoxo

Glad to have you back! I see Quincey is still hanging around and surveying things from his relaxed position!
ReplyDeleteI didn't start developing issues with the grey Winters we have here until a few years ago, and I've lived in this Valley most of my life. I guess our bodies change and perhaps our need for Vit D increases as we age? I don't know, but I'm sure glad it's Spring!
Hugs to you and the kitties!
So glad you're back and feeling better. I totally understand the torture of many gray days in a row.
