A secret desire...
Yes, I do have one as I'm sure we all do. This is mine..and I am thinking one day very soon I will be taking lessons! Have any of you tried belly dancing? Such expression in dancing!

ReplyDeleteI took a class a year ago. I loved it. You sure work out your hips and legs! I need to take a day class though - the night classes killed me - I was exhausted!

ReplyDeleteI took a few class's waaaaaay back in the day... so far back that I had to quit the class because I found I was prego with my first daughter! Always thought I would go back, but kids and years always put me off
ReplyDeleteI was so surprised to read this post!! Tonight was my first belly dancing lesson and I love it! I can sure see how it will give me a workout and I look forward to many more classes as a way to get fit. If you aren't sure if you want to invest in it, try youtube! That's what I did! You can take some free lessons in the privacy of your own home and have a great time.

Belly dancing is a blast ! Definitely take a class ! I had so much fun dancing around the room with ladies I'd never met before and just cutting loose. Good spinal and tummy work out too ! Go do it !
